Stock- if you cart is not showing the quantity you would like to order please contact us at sales@tutu-bella.com. We set our quantities to a low number so we don't get "oversold" as we sell our inventory locally. We will try to get back to you ASAP regarding your request. In most cases we will be able to fill your order. We will then re-set the quantity available (depending if it one of our handmade items.) Occasionally an item is sold out but is not updated. Please conact us via email if you need an item by a certain date. 

Our tutus, veils, flower hair accessories, costumes, leotards and dance skirts are handmade/custom made however we make several of each style so they are ready for shipping to you.

Shipping - We ship via UPS or Fedex. Shipping charges will only show UPS info. Your tracking will be made available to you in an email confirmation automated at time shipping. PLEASE NO PO BOXES!! We will hold your package until we have an address that accepts UPS or FEDEX Ground. If we can't ship fedex ground (if there is no service to your area or the cost is higher than the amount charged...we will ship via USPS.) Western states and Alaska may ship via USPS as it takes less time. (air mail!). We will discount your shipping charges if the rate we get is much better to those areas. Discounts will be made after you place your order. We will inform you if you are being discounted. Your credit card will be charged when we ship your order, not when you place your order.

Most orders are sent within 3-4 business days. If you are in a hurry email us ASAP to ask for quick shipping. If there is a long delay in your shipment or if your item has become sold out we will notify you immediately. If you have requested overnight or 2nd day shipping we will try to ship your package as quickly as possible.
