Return policy: 
If you are not satisfied with your order. Please email sales@tutu-bella.com to return it (no questions asked) as long as it has not been worn or damaged. A credit for the original sales amount will be credited back to you in the form it was received. Although all items are inspected before shipping, if you feel an item is damaged or broken please email us so we can arrange to pick up your item. 

Please send us your comments so that we may improve upon our product or services in the future.

Tutu Bella LLC makes every effort to design and offer products that are appropriate for most over the age of 3 unless otherwise stated. Some of our tutus hold small pearls, sequins and pom poms which may present a choking hazard to young children under 3 and/or may vary by the maturity of the individual. By placing an order you agree that Tutu Bella LLC will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting in the direct, consequential or indirect use of any product on this site. Caution labels are to used as a guide and must be evaluated for the individual it is intended for. 

Care and Use: 
Our tutus (unless otherwise stated) can be machine washed in cold water delicate cycle. Hang dry only. NEVER put your tutu in a hot dryer. If it is put in a dryer by accident you may try to re-wash in cold water, delicate cycle and hang dry. The tutu may or may not be damaged permanently. 

We suggest hanging your tutu after use to keep it from becoming wrinkled and to keep it looking fresh. Although our tutus are sturdy (compared to most) if your tutu contains pom poms, sequins or pearls it is important to check for damages if there are children under 3 who may be exposed to loose parts. Please evaluate your own risk and act accordingly.

All tutus are handmade by Tutu Bella LLC unless otherwise stated. Tutu Bella LLC designs its own packaging and packaging concepts. We will defend our original designs and products.
